Ian Milligan of “Mathemagenius”

Ian Milligan of “Mathemagenius” mental computation and “Get Maths Moving” is KenKen International’s Australian partner. He is one of the first and few teachers in Australia to have achieved accreditation at “Highly Accomplished’ level, and the photo below shows him receiving a Ministerial Award in recognition of this.

Ian has repeatedly led students and colleagues to improve mathematical learning at greater than expected rates, (as measured by years of independent and external data), including teaching the most improved Year 5 cohort in numeracy out of over 200 primary schools in south-west Sydney.
